Description
Talk to Stinky Joe (you can find him right after you pass through the main entrance into Junktown. He's the guy standing in front of a brahmin pen). Try to be patient with him and don't burst him only after a few lines. Instead go through some of the dialogue and you'll eventually find out that guarding brahmins can be a very exhausting work, for which Joe needs plenty of fluids. He will give you an empty water flask. You can refill it at a nearby water pump. Click on it, fill the sack and then bring it back to Joe.
