Description
The wasteland is wast land filled with a promised lands. Only the choosen ones, the toughest and well thinking brave womens and mens are capable of seizing it. Homesteaderers from Modoc are such people constantly in looking for new grounds to create a farms. Its a neutral encounter - good mannered wastelanders with positive karma won't be attacked by them.
