Just like Trappers, Hunters dedicate their lifes for hunting. Suprise! Suprise!. Well jokes asides its just a another kind of trappers will all benefits and drawbacks of such life. They aren't hostile - they are shooting only on wastelanders with negative numbers in their karma counter.
