Ranch is a weird base. in server called The Life After there was an encounter map - looking just like this base. Well nearly like this. The Fonline2 developers probably modified that encounter map and made it into base. Its worth of noting that there is also rare variant of this base called Farm.
Ranch is expensive and have small numbers of containers: In the main building there is a Fridge and a Wooden Chest, in a storehouse room on the right you can find 3 more - a bookshelf and 2 lockers. For a base costing 100k 5 containers doesn't seems to impressive though. Ranch is very big map, but it weird placement of building to the left makes it a bit impractical. The car parking can hold up to 6 cars. Overall unless you really like this base its better to build Trader Mansion.
