Maybe. This kind of worldmap event is very rare. They are also nicely masked - they share the same description as the Suspicious Ruins. When going on worldmap and spotting it you will have no way to telling apart this encounter and hidden drug's lab variant. Since the other one is very wanted one, players are usually disappointed when ending up in this one instead.

Still as challenging and possible profitable are the Drug Lab, the mysterious locker event (or also called "Party Box" event) is a very fun one. So what is it exactly?

Basically you will find there a mined container with goods. Upon entering in this event you will notice a semi regular ruins encounter without any NPC enemies. In one of the building there will be a lot of mines and a locked container. Disarm traps till you get to container, lockpick it, loot, get out of this place before other players notice you and start shooting. Easy? Depends on your fortune.

Alongside the Minefields, this are only 2 kinds of worldmap random events that can be done blacksuit (well if you got traps and lockpick skills that is) which means that even when traveling back from respawn points you should always check them out. Sure, you can die there, but if you got nothing on you then you're risking nothing. Alternative path is to take some weapon and wait inside encounter for geared people that would try to get close to container. Then offer a tiny bit of help from something like Rocket Launcher when they are inside mined area and instead of looting container, loot your prey.

Points of Interest

Basically just container and mines are important. The container is marked with teal X on each of maps. In the minefield surrounding the container you can find body of 2 dead scavengers but usually its really nothing worth mentioning (stuff like crowbars etc.)

As mentioned earlier due to most probably a bug, this encounter appears with exactly the same description as a Suspicious Ruins event.
