The Strange Holodisk that you can find in Caravan's Encampment is a start of new, mysterious quest. Problem is, since you probably need to be in BoS to explore it and BoS faction is currently blocked there is no way of completing this quest. So far you can only give the Holodisk to Knight Matthews for mere 1k experience points...and that's it so far. Lame!
