You can find Whiskey Bob in the Golden Gecko bar, in Klamath. Buy him a drink then ask him if he has some work for. He will ask you to go to Den and tell Frankie that next batch is ready, and also that he is charging double this time. Pass the message to Frankie and return to Bob for your reward.
