To complete Pack Rat achievement, you need to deliver caravan boxes from caravan carts into the loading areas. Simple and hard manual work.

Each town both safe and unsafe ones will have caravan box area, which are slowly filling by timed ticks and when new caravan arrives into towns. So caravan boxes are limited, but lucky you the activity is so boring that barely anyone wants do deliver job.

You need to have enough carry weight to pick up the box and you can only pick up one at a time. While carrying box, you can only walk. When you pick up the box, there is visual feedback where you need to drop the box.
