This guide shows you most effecient and optical ways to max out your achievements.

Pack Rat

You need total of 1000 boxes delivered. Fastest way is to have fastest possible character, so rank up those Marathon Runner perks. Get some decent Vehicle to have a way to travel fast between all the towns. Travel from towns to towns and exhaust all the boxes you see by delivering them in effective manner. Find first/closest hexes of loadup area to drop the boxes. You cannot que drop command after character movement ends, so use hotkey to drop (default crtl + d). In unsafe towns safest to go in ungeared, so if you someone kills you there is nothing to lose.
